PICK UP POLICY:

Pick up orders will adhere to current TATs. Pick Up is FREE to local customers. An email or text message will be sent when your order is ready.

SHIPPING POLICY:

SHIPPING is flat rate $5

SHIPPING TIME:

Please refer to our current turnaround-time for new orders. Orders will be shipped within our stated turn-around-time.

Once shipped, expect a 3 to 5 day transit time.

PACKAGES EN-ROUTE:

Upon order fulfillment, you will receive a USPS tracking number to follow your order’s progress in transit.

Once your order has been shipped, Southern Lush Bowtique is no longer responsible for the handling and arrival of your package. If your insured package is lost or arrived with visible damage to the packaging, take pictures and contact us via Southernlushbowtique@gmail.com
