All items here at Southern Lush Bowtique are handmade and we strive for high quality items.  We want our customers to be happy, so please don't hesitate to ask any questions you have before purchasing. The most common issue arises with sizing/material. Please double check with our product descriptions to ensure all your sizes or fabric preferences are correct. Also, please make sure to follow our care instructions when washing and using Southern Lush Bowtique's products as it is essential to keeping the quality of our products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us within 24hrs of reception if the item is defective, damaged, OR if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We do not issue store credit if item is damaged due to misuse or miscare. (Including not following the proper washing procedure.)
